Reports are based on public data and heuristics. Your mileage may vary — we're here to narrow the list, not guarantee a perfect night.

PlayTriage Plus

Plus is a recurring subscription billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel or update payment details anytime from Settings → Billing (Stripe Customer Portal). When you cancel, Plus access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Plus includes up to 30 full library reports per UTC calendar month. After that, scans remain available as free previews until the monthly counter resets.

Refunds

If a paid scan fails to produce a report, contact support@playtriage.app within 14 days. Subscription refunds are handled case-by-case for billing errors or broken reports.
